RCM Implementation Account Manager

📋 Description

• Lead new RCM client implementations from initial kickoff through go-live, stabilization, and
• Gather, document, and validate client workflows, operational requirements, payer information
• Develop and manage implementation timelines, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and client
• Coordinate payer enrollment, ERA/EFT setup, clearinghouse enrollment, EDI configuration, and
• Identify implementation risks, workflow gaps, and potential revenue-impacting issues before go-live
• Validate system configurations and conduct pre-go-live testing across claims, interfaces, reports

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, specifically physician or
• Demonstrated experience implementing and onboarding new RCM clients from kickoff through successful
• Strong knowledge of the full physician revenue cycle, including registration, eligibility, charge
• Proven ability to gather and document complex workflows, operational requirements, payer
• Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage
• Experience with payer enrollment, ERA/EFT, clearinghouse enrollment, EDI workflows, and
