RCM Projects Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate the receipt, tracking, and processing of facility invoices, reviewing submissions for
• Partner with Medicaid Billing to validate invoice details, eligibility information, and supporting
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies involving patient records, service dates
• Monitor billing and payment milestones, follow up on outstanding items, and coordinate manual
• Work closely with Accounting to investigate payment issues and ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Serve as a primary contact for routine facility inquiries related to room and board invoices

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in healthcare billing, accounts payable, revenue cycle
• Required hospice Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to review, validate, reconcile, and track
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as Outlook and other
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal
