• Provides one-on-one and group instruction in adult re-entry program areas; assists clients with
• Assists clients in extra-curricular activities; supervises clients in class setting as directed by
• Assists clients in using computers; models appropriate behavior for clients
• Maintains site morale to motivate clients; reinforces appropriate behavior modifications for clients
• Adapts materials and equipment to meet specific needs and learning styles of the client
• Evaluates client progress on work assignments and shares with manager; develops and uses

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of related experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
• Skills in communicating with diverse populations
• Experience performing case management and transition plans preferred
• Ability to work independently and have well developed interpersonal skills
