Read Services Specialist II

📋 Description

• Generate, validate, and process invoices related to imaging reads, reader training, consultations
• Reconcile reader activity across internal applications, Salesforce, reporting platforms, and
• Support monthly accrual processes by preparing estimated and actual reader fee reports, financial
• Maintain accurate reader records, credentials, financial documents, W-9 forms, disclosures, and
• Coordinate with readers regarding scheduling, availability, capacity planning, invoice questions
• Monitor daily workflows, assign reads, review activity and tracking reports, and help ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional
• At least 2 years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, financial operations
• Experience in a regulated environment such as clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data reconciliation, pivot tables, reporting, and data
• Demonstrated ability to validate and reconcile information across multiple systems, databases, and
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven focus on identifying discrepancies
