Real Estate Accountant

📋 Description

• Own and perform all rent and lease-related accounting activities, including bookings, payments
• Support the full financial lifecycle of Expansion, including Project accounting, CapEx & OpEx
• Ensure accurate interpretation of lease agreements and proper accounting of obligations in
• Manage the annual group audit and all lease-related requests, providing sufficient documentation to
• Ensure the lease portfolio is up to date and resolve differences in lease interpretation with
• Collaborate with the Legal teams, sharing information, resolving issues, and identifying

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant education, and are a Qualified
• 5+ years of post-qualification accounting experience
• Complete understanding of accounting principles, lease accounting, and IFRS 16
• Fluent in legal and lease concepts and terminology, with the ability to read lease agreements and
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, expert in Excel; experience with SAP and Tango is a plus
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills and hands-on reconciliation
