Real Estate Accounting Manager - Asset Manager Services (Fund)

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate clients, building trusted
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing proactive support, managing expectations, and
• Oversee the preparation and review of NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, financial
• Work closely with clients, auditors, administrators, and internal teams to coordinate deliverables
• Lead and support a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and constructive
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment where people feel engaged, supported

🎯 Requirements

• ACCA/ACA fully qualified.
• Finance Industry and or Accounting/Auditing experience with exposure to Global Businesses.
• At least 7 years’ post qualification experience
• Knowledge and experience of Fund accounting PE / RE Funds is a must and Fund Administration is
• Proven knowledge of PE and RE Fund accounting and reporting, waterfall calculations and IFRS
• Strong IT skills with proven working knowledge of Paxus, eFront as well, as of advanced Excel is
