📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet homeowners to present offers on properties
• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% sales rankings in prior roles
• Strong communication and MS Office skills
• Proven quota attainment through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
