Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

The Real Estate Acquisition Consultant is responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. This person will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals in addition to performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. This position is remote but you will conduct in-person meetings with prospects regularly.

• Follow up on leads and value properties
• Analyze comps and acquire homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and ARV / As-Is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Great communication and computer skills (MS Office)
• Proven quotas achievement through phone sales
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred)
