📋 Description

• Follow up on leads and value properties
• Analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and ARV/As-Is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers and close deals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Great communication and MS Office skills
• Proven record of meeting quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
