📋 Description

• Follow up on leads; value properties; acquire homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform due diligence; prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs; determine ARV and As-Is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers
• Coordinate with Realtors, buyers, lenders and title

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
• Strong communication and MS Office skills
• Proven quota attainment through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
