Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and as-is value.
Meet homeowners to present offers; coordinate with realtors, lenders, title at closing.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Proven ability to meet quotas via phone sales
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
