📋 Description

• Buy homes for House Buyers of America; follow up on leads and value properties.
• Analyze comps, estimate repairs and ARV; perform due diligence.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions; close deals with title and lenders.
• Meet homeowners to present offers; prepare contracts for ratification.
• Remote role with occasional in-person meetings with prospects/clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% sales performer in prior roles.
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Proven quota attainment through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).
