Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is values
Meet homeowners to present offers and coordinate closing with realtors/buyers/lenders

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
Strong communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
