📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, value properties, and acquire homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
• Meet with homeowners to present offers
• Coordinate closing with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office)
• Proven quotas achievement through phone sales
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
