Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, acquire homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform due diligence on acquisitions; prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and as-is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during closing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Strong communication skills and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Proven experience achieving quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
