Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead follow-up on leads, property valuation, comps, and acquisitions (remote)
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers (in-person as needed)
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Proven quota achievement through phone sales
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
