📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and as-is value.
• Meet homeowners to present offers; coordinate closing with lenders and title.
• Remote role with in-person meetings with prospects/clients as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Proven quota attainment through phone sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).
