Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
• Meet with homeowners to present offers
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title at closing

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
• Strong communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Proven success achieving quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
