📋 Description

• Buy homes for House Buyers of America and close deals
• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts
• Meet homeowners to present offers
• Work with realtors, lenders and title during closing

🎯 Requirements

• You have 4+ years of sales experience
• You have consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff
• You have strong communication and computer skills (MS Office)
• You have proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas via phone sales
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
