Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, acquire homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and as-is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers
• Coordinate with realtors, lenders and title at closing

🎯 Requirements

• You have 4+ years of sales experience
• You have consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff
• You have strong communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• You have proven experience achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
• You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred)
