🎯 Requirements

Active Illinois real estate license
Residence in the Chicago metro
Willingness to obtain licenses in additional Mainstay markets after hire
5+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
Demonstrated listing experience - pricing and launching listings, fielding and negotiating offers
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, willingness to drive daily across metro

🎁 Benefits

Base salary of $50,000, rising to $55,000 with six licenses
$750 per Chicago close
OTE $106,000 to $125,000
Up to $15,000 license bonuses (5000 each for state licenses)
Equity in Mainstay
Licenses fees, MLS dues, and mileage reimbursed
