Real Estate Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist Investment Sales Advisors in preparing investment memorandums and valuations.
• Analyze market rates, expenses, comps and trends for market intelligence.
• Build financial models including DCF, Direct Cap, comps, and IRR.
• Provide projections for acquisitions and dispositions to assess feasibility.
• Breakdown P&L and STR reports; maintain real estate data databases.
• Prepare and present high-level client presentations and market briefs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field.
• Experience with data analytics and market/industry trends.
• Strong written communication and data-visualization skills.
• Knowledge of real estate value drivers and capital markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team.
