📋 Description

• Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects from lead sources.
• Engage with leads to assess interest and needs.
• Set up appointments for real estate agents and brokers.
• Handle inbound calls; address inquiries and objections.
• Keep CRM records of leads, contacts, and calls.
• Provide regular reports on engagement and key metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience as Cold Caller or sales.
• 1+ year experience in Real Estate industry.
• Excellent English communication (B2 level).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
• Technical: USB headset, webcam, 1.8GHz CPU, 4GB RAM; 25 Mbps main, 10 Mbps backup.
