Real Estate Data & Intelligence Engineer

📋 Description

• Owning the real estate data layer: ingesting, cleaning, linking and cross-referencing property
• Entity resolution and data quality: matching parcels, owners, titles and addresses across sources
• Building the intelligence on top: comps selection, valuation and NOI inputs, distress and
• Finding, evaluating and onboarding new data sources to improve site validation
• Ensuring speed, reliability and coverage of data as Build expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Typically a CS, data engineering or similarly technical background
• A few years of experience
• Data engineering or data science experience at a real estate data company
• Experience stitching together property records at scale
• Engineering experience on research, analytics or data team at brokerage, investor or advisory firm
• Geospatial or ML engineering experience with valuation or site selection models
