📋 Description

• Research probate properties and other potential real estate acquisition opportunities aligned with
• Identify properties that may be suitable for wholesale, fix-and-flip, or fix-and-rent investment
• Use PropStream, Stack, and similar property research platforms to gather ownership information
• Cross-check information across multiple sources and flag properties that meet predefined
• Enter, update, clean, and organize property and owner information in Microsoft Excel or Google
• Review imported or scraped lead lists, remove duplicate and incomplete records, and maintain

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in executive assistance, administrative support, online research, or data
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including organizing, cleaning, and
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing
• Strong online research skills and the ability to verify information using multiple sources.
• Experience with data scraping or extracting information from approved online sources is strongly
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and a willingness to use technology to improve efficiency.
