Maintain listing copy, photos, and unit-detail accuracy
Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes; run pre-qual questions
Schedule showings via ShowMojo; log activity in AppFolio
Process applications; run tenant screening; verify income and rental history

🎯 Requirements

3+ years as Real Estate Coordinator/Real Estate VA
3+ years in Real Estate industry
Excellent English communication (written and verbal, B2)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient with MS Office and Google Calendar
Tech-savvy with proactive attitude; able to work graveyard shift
