📋 Description

• Edit ~50–60 real estate images daily with consistent quality.
• Enhance drone images with landmarks, labels, and overlays to highlight features.
• Color correction, sky replacement, perspective fixes, removal, and compositing.
• Utilize Affinity Photo/Designer, Photoshop, and Lightroom to deliver professional results.
• Interpret architectural plans and blueprints to support accurate visuals.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on requirements, branding, and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional photo editing experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proven experience editing drone photography, including the addition of landmarks, annotations, and visual overlays.
• Strong proficiency with Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom is also required.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings, blueprints, and property-related documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards across large volumes of images.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
