📋 Description

• Edit approximately 50–60 real estate images daily with consistent quality.
• Enhance drone photos with landmarks, labels, annotations, or location overlays.
• Perform advanced edits: color correction, sky replacement, perspective correction, object removal, compositing, and retouching.
• Use Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and similar tools.
• Interpret architectural plans and blueprints for accurate visual presentations.
• Collaborate with clients and team on requirements and branding guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional photo editing, preferably real estate.
• Proven drone editing experience with landmarks and overlays.
• Proficiency with Affinity Photo/Designer; Photoshop & Lightroom.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail for high-volume edits.
• Strong organizational and time management to meet deadlines.
