• Proven drone editing: landmarks/annotations/overlays.
• Proficient with Affinity Photo/Designer; Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Familiar with architectural drawings, blueprints, property docs.
• Detail-oriented; maintain high quality in high-volume work.
• Strong organization/time management; collaborate effectively in remote team.
