🎯 Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of reporting experience, covering real estate, housing, business, and related
• A strong track record of original published journalism
• Excellent reporting skills, including outreach, interviewing, research, and fact-checking
• Comfort working with public records, interpreting market data, databases, and other research tools
• Has extensive sources within the real estate industry and New York City business community and
• Understands New York City neighborhoods and their characteristics in terms of housing and building
