Real Estate Transformation Consultant

📋 Description

• Be the expert: leverage customer management, industry knowledge, and product insight.
• Manage customers to drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
• Review user analytics to identify value and under-utilized features.
• Liaise with clients and product/tech to resolve issues and collect feedback.
• Onboard new customers smoothly by overseeing implementation.
• Travel as needed to visit client offices; typically 1-2 days every 2-3 months.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of real estate development, construction, or project management preferred but not required.
• Fast-paced, team environment with a cadence of delivering monthly results.
• High energy and positive attitude; activity and results driven.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
• Persuasive speaking skills and persistent follow-up.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint or other web-based presentation tech.
