• Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate valuation, appraisal, or a closely related field
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate valuation methodologies, including the income
• Familiarity with USPAP guidelines and applicable appraisal regulations, with the ability to review
• Proven ability to analyze market data, comparable property transactions, leasing activity
• Experience developing, reviewing, or interpreting financial models used in real estate valuation
• Ability to assess a broad range of traditional commercial property types, including industrial
