📋 Description

• Lead RWE strategy for ANZ, translating evidence gaps into study designs
• Run design-lab sessions with Medical Managers to explore options before vendors
• Develop feasible study concepts and briefs to sharpen external partnerships
• Assess insourcing vs outsourcing value of external work
• Identify novel data sources and methods within Australian and New Zealand healthcare systems
• Build reusable tools and playbooks for evidence generation options

🎯 Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health or related field
• Deep expertise in RWE and observational study design across data types
• Proven ability to coach non-specialists and translate methods into plain language
• Strong influencing skills in a matrixed environment
• Experience designing real-world studies in CRO/consultancy/academic/analytics settings
• Familiarity with AI/ML and advanced analytics on real-world data
