Receiving Coordinator

📋 Description

• Capture all receiving data entry into Korber, the warehouse management system, to ensure accurate
• Print and organize required documents for each container, including manifests and item labels
• Execute the daily receiving plan, stepping in for leads or management when needed
• Enforce product handling and stocking procedures to uphold quality standards
• Identify items across various documentation sources, such as customer orders, labels, manifests
• Use the WMS to accurately manage inventory and orders

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with drivers, carriers, and
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and occasionally walking the floor to verify shipments
