Receiving Lead

📋 Description

• Coordinate daily receiving activities and promote safe, efficient operations
• Supervise, train, and coach Receiving Associates on your shift
• Coordinate inbound receiving; unload, inspect, and process shipments
• Verify received product against purchase orders, packing lists, bills of lading
• Process inventory transactions and ensure accurate receipt in the WMS
• Resolve receiving discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged goods

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, receiving, or lead experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with inventory control processes and warehouse management systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
