📋 Description

• Manage backroom operations and receive products into the POS.
• Keep inventory organized, counted, and updated in the system.
• Process damaged items and report to Inventory Control.
• Ensure stock levels, signage, and shelf placement.
• Collaborate with management on merchandising and promotions.
• Support planogram execution and displays.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous retail, inventory, customer service, or sales experience.
• Ability to work retail schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Strong computer, writing, and math skills to count inventory and handle cash.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Open to learning and being part of the riding community.
• Experience with POS systems, preferably RetailPro.
