Receiving Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage backroom operations by receiving products into the POS.
• Keep inventory organized and accounted for; assist with weekly pallets.
• Process damaged or defective items back to the Fulfillment Center.
• Report damaged items to Inventory Control and coordinate actions.
• Collaborate with management to maintain stock levels and signage.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and shelf placement.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
• Ability to work retail schedule, including nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong computer acumen, writing, and math for inventory and cash control.
• Self-starter with attention to detail; eager to learn and join riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest is a plus.
