Receiving Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage backroom operations: receive items into POS and organize inventory.
• Process damaged/defective products to Fulfillment Center; log to Inventory Control.
• Maintain stock levels, proper signage, and shelf placement.
• Keep store presentation and housekeeping to company standards.
• Stay aware of promotions and product knowledge from Marketing.
• Follow planograms; display monthly sales with creativity.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail, inventory, customer service, or sales experience.
• Ability to work retail schedule incl. nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong computer, writing, and math to manage inventory and cash.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Open mind; eager to learn and join riding community.
• Experience with POS systems, especially RetailPro.
