Receiving Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage backroom: receive products into POS and organize inventory.
• Process damaged/defective items back to the Fulfillment Center.
• Report items to Inventory Control and help maintain stock levels.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, signage, and shelf placement.
• Follow planograms and creatively display monthly sales.
• Collaborate with management to ensure product availability for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
• Ability to work retail schedule, including nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong computer acumen, writing, and math for inventory and cash.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Open mind, eager to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Experience with POS systems, especially RetailPro.
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest is a plus.
