Manage backroom operations: receive products into POS, organize, and track inventory.
Process damaged/defective items back to Fulfillment Center; report to Inventory Control.
Collaborate with management to maintain stock levels and proper product display.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales.
Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong computer skills, writing, math; counting inventory and cash handling.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
Open-minded and eager to learn; be part of the riding community.
Experience with POS systems, especially RetailPro.
