Manage backroom operations; receive products into the POS and organize inventory.
Process weekly pallets and return damaged items to the Fulfillment Center.
Report damaged items to Inventory Control and keep stock accurate.
Maintain merchandising, signage, and shelf placement.
Collaborate with management to ensure product availability.
Support pricing updates and keep backroom tidy.

🎯 Requirements

Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong computer skills; ability to write, do basic math, count, and manage inventory and cash.
A self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail.
Open mind; eager to learn and be part of the riding community.
Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
