Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience
Ability to work retail schedule, including nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong computer acumen, writing, and math to count/inventory and handle cash
A self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail
An open mind and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro)
