Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate

📋 Description

• Manage backroom ops: receive products into POS and organize inventory.
• Process weekly pallets; report damaged items to Inventory Control.
• Provide excellent customer experiences with product knowledge.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and price updates.
• Balance receiving and selling hours; base pay plus commission.
• Support store goals and participate in events and promotions.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail, inventory, or sales experience.
• Ability to work nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong computer, writing, and math skills for inventory and cash.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle knowledge or interest preferred.
