Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate

📋 Description

• Backroom ops: receive products into POS, organize inventory, and pallets.
• Process damaged items to Fulfillment Center; report to Inventory Control.
• Provide great customer service with product knowledge; explain features.
• Split time between receiving and selling; base pay during receiving, commission on selling.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous retail, inventory, customer service, or sales experience
• Ability to work retail schedule including nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong computer skills, writing, and math to count inventory and handle cash
• A self-starter with strong attention to detail
• An open mind, eager to learn and be part of the riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro)
