📋 Description

• Aid in recipe development through in-depth assessments before testing and launch.
• Provide cross-team support with reports, documentation, and instructional design.
• Validate recipes and processes; develop specs, procedures, and policies for consistency.
• Prepare/adapt recipes for international implementation with accurate ingredient specs and scalable processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen to support recipe assessments; collaborate with bakers.
• Capture photo/video content for recipes in testing per brand standards; assist editing/uploading.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year Crumbl experience, preferably in management.
• Driven self-starter.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in critical writing and instructional design.
