Reconciliation Specialist

📋 Description

• Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation across all payment channels.
• Match data between internal accounting systems and bank statements using Excel.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with accounts and support to investigate reconciliation issues.
• Prepare financial reports based on reconciliation results.
• Participate in automation and optimization of reconciliation processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in payment systems, fintech, or banking as reconciliation specialist.
• Hands-on experience with card transaction reconciliation.
• Reconciliation with providers, banks and internal systems.
• Understanding of acquiring, chargebacks, payment infrastructure and cash flow.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Knowledge of English and Russian.
