Troubleshoot problems in field and make quick real-time decisions
Design, build, and test new ground support equipment for recovery processes
Prepare and maintain hardware readiness including preventive maintenance and critical spares

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
2+ years experience in aerospace or aviation systems
Experience with ground support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience with complex fluid, mechanical, or electrical systems
Experience leading teams of 10+ and planning operations
Work in high-pressure environment and make rapid decisions
