Recruiter (12 Month Assignment)

📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruitment for mid- and senior-level roles in a remote setting.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and other channels.
• Identify active and passive candidates; screen resumes and conduct phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews, references, offers, and other stages of hiring.
• Maintain candidate activity and records in an ATS; build talent pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional recruiting experience with a track record of filling roles.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and working in AEI, professional services, or related
• Hands-on ATS experience; Greenhouse experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills; able to assess fit and culture.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability for a 12-month temporary assignment, 30–40 hours/week, within the United States.
