• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in India across technical and business roles
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring difficult-to-find technical talent
• Strong knowledge of the India talent market, including common sourcing practices, notice periods
• Working knowledge of India-specific hiring compliance requirements
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and recruiting colleagues across countries, cultures
• Ability to manage multiple searches, balance competing priorities, and communicate progress clearly
