🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate research, or a similar talent
• Active LinkedIn Recruiter seat or license is required
• Experience sourcing candidates for US-based roles, with an understanding of the US recruitment
• Excellent written and spoken English, with ability to conduct screening calls and prepare polished
• Strong research and sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, social media communities, and
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple searches
